We are also aware that the data we need to deliver the ordered products is necessary to fulfill our obligations. Therefore, we will entrust the necessary data to the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije, which we use for the delivery of orders. We will only provide the delivery service with basic information, such as the recipient’s first and last name, delivery address, and phone number and email address for notification of package status.
What personal data do we collect, process, store and why
We are committed to using your personal information only for the purposes for which you have provided it to us, and we will ensure that your information is secure and protected from unauthorized access or misuse.
In our company, we process and store only the personal data that you provide to us and that are listed below, naturally taking into account your permission to process them. As a tool for collecting information about the use of our website, we use Google Analytics , which does not process personal data in our company, but in Google.

In the latter case, we may process and store the personal data you provide to us, including your name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information we need to fulfill your order or provide services.

- Other data that the user voluntarily enters into the forms on the website (e.g. any notes when submitting an order, messages when submitting a contact form).
We assume no responsibility for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of personal data entered by the user. The user himself is responsible for the security of his username and password and for the protection of his personal data.
Users have the right to view or correct their personal data. All the data we keep about the user is accessible on his profile, where he can also correct it. If users want to change or correct their personal data, they can also send this to the email address info@leny.eu . Users also have the right to portability of their data, which means that the controller must provide the data in a structured and machine-readable format.
Personal data will be stored until you unsubscribe from receiving e-news. You can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters at any time by clicking on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-news received or by sending us a notice with the title ” UNSUBSCRIBE ” to info@leny.eu . If you are a user and have ever placed an order in the online store, you can request the deletion of your data, regardless of whether you receive e-news or not.
